Movement/Meditation Instruction
In Person AND online. and meditation instruction inspired by a background in yoga, craniosacral therapy, and energy work. Meeting you where you are and applying subtle to dynamic physical movements with awareness practice to "embody" differently. The purpose is to deepen the connection with the body and allowing the relationship to shift so that movement in the world is more enjoyable. The mind/body/spirit connection naturally restores when we focus within our body. Prayer
Prayer is a way I connect with God in conversation.
I pray so that my needs, misunderstandings, and most importantly my expression is heard.
When I pray, I open up the dialogue between me and God, and allow myself to be held in God’s embrace.
When I pray, I make room for alchemical resolution.
Sometimes we can be so stuck in our own depths that we are putting much more energy into worry than resolution - Faith is often a choice we come to as a last resort when no more energy is left.
A practice of prayer, opening up to God in your authenticity is the truest way in my opinion where we are shown that our path is our own to carve and walk. It is in those moments we are shown that no one and no thing on the planet was meant to show us *our* way. In these moments we can feel that we are an extension of God itself - experienced in our own way.
It gets deep, it gets dark sometimes. And sometimes we are swallowed by the depths of darkness that we have started to believe more than truth. For those times, I feel prayer by others can be helpful.
